Duane is trading the boardroom for the broader world. He is applying decades of applying behavioral psychology focused on organization design and group dynamics to our most pressing modern crisis: polarization. Through his book and podcast series, What Unites Us Divides Us, Duane provides a tested and proven pathway to move us past the friction of “us vs. them” and back toward the power of unity and collaboration. For over 45 years, Duane has been the “architect behind the scenes” for some of the world’s most complex organizations. Whether it was helping 270 people transition out of state mental institutional life (earning him the Florida Humanitarian Award) or guiding global organizational transitions and mergers, Duane’s work has always centered on one thing: The human dynamics of change supported by a dynamic culture that results in improved unity, performance and results.
