Whether it was helping 270 people transition out of state mental institutional life (earning him the Florida Humanitarian Award) or guiding global organizational transitions and mergers, Duane’s work has always centered on one thing: The human dynamics of change supported by a dynamic culture that results in improved unity, performance, and results.
